Yes, it's one thing to get rear-ended by a speeding teenager whose parents' insurance company won't make the wounded party whole. But there are many other kinds of disagreements that have nothing to do with accidents and everything to do with one's failure to plan. The fact is, while the unexpected most often cannot be defined, the unexpected, in one form or another, will happen. It's called life. And life is something we all must deal with.
